1. Concept Design
This is where your vision takes shape. We start by leveraging our extensive design library, collaborating with you to understand every detail of your operational requirements. At this stage, we work with 2D layouts to give you maximum flexibility and creative freedom, allowing us to rapidly iterate on features and layouts until we establish the perfect foundation for your vessel.

The Whiskey Project Group's engineering capability is where groundbreaking designs become reality. Our in-house engineering team comprises experts in materials science, propulsion, systems integration, and high-performance fabrication. We focus on producing dependable watercraft that are built to withstand the most demanding marine environments. By meticulously managing every stage of the boat-building process, we ensure that every vessel we deliver meets the highest standards of quality, precision, and performance.

Our North Carolina Hub Zone Facility

Our extensive manufacturing facility is situated in a Hub Zone in Edenton, North Carolina, and is a cornerstone of our operational strength. This site employs a talented and predominantly local labor force, providing a foundation of excellence for every vessel we build.

Production & Scale: A 60,000 sq ft production space on a 50-acre waterfront site, with dedicated facilities for both aluminum and composite vessel construction, as well as maritime repair and maintenance.

Defense-Grade Compliance: As a military-grade secured facility, we are fully compliant with FAR and CFR regulations and operate under a DIFOTIS (Delivered In Full, On Time, In Specification) management approach, ensuring disciplined execution.

Strategic Contracting Advantage: Our Hub Zone status offers significant benefits for our government partners, including protest-proof sole source awards that eliminate pre-award schedule risks (13 CFR 124.517) and exemptions from competitive thresholds (48 CFR 19.805-1).
